The Jimmy Byron Trio and Alun Piggins and The Quitters @ Relish Bar and Grill, Toronto. JAN 2018

Hello All

The Jimmy Byron Trio (w/ Dave Haffey & Mitchell Thomson) kicked off the new year at Relish Bar & Grill, in East Danforth, Toronto, ON. It was our pleasure to perform the 'Dinner Show' slot, while our friends Alun Piggins and The Quitters closed out the night. Not only did we have a great time, as always, playing...BUT we got to stick around and watch Alun, Terry, and Jay cut it up.  Thanks to Joanne and the staff at Relish, all the east-end locals, and to our pals Alun, Terry, and Jay for such a great night!
Here is a collection of Photos and Videos.
Cheers
JB

nks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal expesdcrience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools. Appreciate you reading and sharing your story since I can certainly relate and I think others can to
